- Check-In and Check-Out
Guests may check in from 3:00 PM, with check-out required by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on occupancy. A valid photo ID and credit card are required at the time of check-in.
- Age Requirement
The minimum check-in age is 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Deposits & Payments
A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidentals. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted; cash payments are also permitted at the property’s discretion.
- Smoking Policy
Lambert Inn maintains a non-smoking environment throughout its rooms and indoor areas. Designated outdoor spaces are available for smoking.
- Pet Policy
Only service animals are allowed in accordance with ADA guidelines. Pets and emotional support animals are not accepted.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are generally free if made within the hotel’s stated window—typically 24 to 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a one-night room charge.
